Food in, Food out: How to Run Your Food Program

A thorough look at the San Antonio Food Bank policies and procedures as found in the Member Agency Guidebook. This book is meant to be your number one reference for all policy related issues. While we are delving into the guidebook, we will go through SAFB procedures and best practices to follow from the time an agency acquires the food until it goes out to qualified clients.
