By placing your initials in this box, the sponsoring organization agrees to all aspects of the SAFB Guidelines for Sponsored Events, Promotions and Cause-Related Marketing, and agrees to hold harmless and unconditionally indemnify the Food Bank against and for all liability, costs, expenses, claims and damages which the Food Bank may at any time suffer or sustain, or become liable for, including but not limited to any negligent act or omission of the Food Bank, its officers, agents or employees. If insurance coverage is obtained for the event, the Food Bank must be listed as an additional insured.
