
The San Antonio Food
Bank has partnered with Security Service Federal
Credit Union, News4WOAI, and Cox Radio to raise 1
million pounds of food from Nov. 1-30, 2008. Grocery
bags will be inserted into the San Antonio Express
News on November 6th. After the bags are filled with
food donations, they can be dropped off at Security
Service Federal Credit Union locations in San
Antonio, Schertz, Boerne, and Pleasanton. Click here

Additionally, schools, businesses and community
organizations are encouraged to hold food drives to
help contribute toward the ultimate goal of 1
million pounds. Check here for a list of most needed
items.
